Description
The South Metropolitan Health Service requires the replacement of two passenger lifts serving the F Block Building on the Fremantle Hospital site. The lifts are to be upgraded to Machine Room Less (MRL) elevators.
The extent of work under the contract shall encompass the design, documentation, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and 12 months defects liability period maintenance of the specified lifts with all minor parts and ancillary works as necessary.
The upgrading of the two lifts shall be performed one at a time and in accordance with specification No. 21135 - Fremantle Hospital MRL Specification - Lifts 12 & 13.
Stage 1 is the modernisation of Lift 12, Stage 2 is the modernisation of Lift 13.
