Description
The Customer is seeking to establish a Deed of Licence ("Licence") with a reputable and qualified provider of Vending Machine Services at across several campuses (as listed in the Request).
The Customer is seeking for the Successful Respondent to install and operate a number of vending machines that offer a wide range of snack foods, hot foods, hot beverages, cold beverages and safety glasses to students and staff across the nominated Customer’s campuses and centres.
It is preferred that a Licence will be offered for the operation of all main campuses to a single Respondent, however the Customer may choose to offer a Licence to one or more Respondents.
