The Legal Services Commission of SA is seeking tenders from registered conveyancers / business organisations capable of providing conveyancing services to the Statutory Charges Program of the Commission. The Commission’s Statutory Charges Program secures eventual repayments of legal assistance paid on behalf of assisted persons, in defined circumstances, where assisted persons have equity in Real Estate, by registering Statutory Charges over Certificates of Title.
