YANKALILLA AREA SCHOOL - REDEVELOPMENT

Works include internal refurbishment and upgrade of 3 existing buildings incorporating Junior School and Learning Areas with associated electrical, mechanical and hydraulics works and replacement of dust extraction system to Building 2. External works include new verandah, concrete landing and bag storage area to Building 3, new ramps and steps, external paint and repair and minor stormwater drainage upgrade. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
