Description
The Department, as part of the station precincts component of the METRONET program, is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop the Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan (CMP). The CMP will need to be consistent with the intent of draft State Planning Policy 7.2 Precinct Design Guidelines (for further information on the guidelines refer to https://www.dplh.wa.gov.au/designwa-precinct-design).
