Description
Tenders are invited for builders prequalified to Level 1 Conventional under BMW Builders Prequalification Scheme for the Refurbishment of the Collie TAFE Campus. Regional Builders that that are not prequalified may also apply for a Project Specific Upgrade which must be approved prior to tenders closing.
Works will comprise 2 separate stages
- SP1 Includes internal refurbishments of toilets and staff and student amenities areas. Work to be done between January and March 2020
- SP2 Includes external areas, courtyards,parking and disabled ramp and entry statement. Work to be done between April and June 2020.
It is intended to award a contract in mid December 2019 with work to commence on SP1 on 6 January 2020
