The Customer is seeking offers for the provision of the following services described in this Request for Quote:
- Schedule A - Kimberley Alcohol and Drug/Mental Health Youth Service – Design of Service Model
- Schedule B - Review of Alcohol and Drug/Mental Health Comorbidity Treatment Service Needs in Wyndham
Two independent reviews (Schedule A and Schedule B) are to be conducted in the same region which require the same skill set and are to be run concurrently. This approach is time efficient and will reduce "consultation fatigue" in the Kimberley communities that have already been involved in numerous consultation processes. Efficiencies will also be achieved by a single consultant undertaking both requirements.
Please note that Schedule A and B have independent budgets and deliverables, and must be invoiced separately.
