Description
Lotterywest and Healthway are seeking a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Grants Management System that supports all modules needed for Lotterywest and Healthway to deliver ongoing grant Program and funding (e.g. application, assessment, workflow, payment, acquittal, outcomes, real-time reporting etc.) that changes based on community needs.
The Customer is seeking a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) system, and requires a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. It is expected the majority of the functional requirements will be met with out of the box functionality, with some configuration and minimal to no customisation.
