The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has re-shaped Australia’s engagement in the Pacific creating new challenges, and new demands. Timely and well-informed responses will be enhanced by accessing a wide range of expertise in areas such as, economics, finance, trade, aviation, communications, labour mobility, and gender.
The PRES will make this advice and support readily available and easily accessible to improve the effectiveness of our economic response and recovery activities and the improve the value for money of our aid programs.
