Description
The Attorney-General's Department invites interested parties to provide Procurement Support Services under a Panel Arrangement.
The Department is seeking highly skilled procurement professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced in the delivery of a variety of services centred around Commonwealth Procurement activities.
The Department is looking for providers who can provide all, or any combination of the following services.
• assisting internal clients to define and scope procurement requirements
• preparing planning documents (utilising Departmental templates) which include business case, procurement plan, evaluation plan and risk plan
• facilitating Weighting Workshops; (the Department does not have a preferred evaluation tool, however the Departments expects that providers would be proficient in various evaluation techniques.)
• assisting with and/or facilitating tender evaluations
• preparing tender and contract documents (utilising Departmental templates)
• preparing evaluation reports
• undertaking contract negotiations and
• providing contract management advice
