DITC Transport and Reception Services 2023

Defence International Training Centre (DITC) requires the provision of domestic reception and transport services for use by Foreign Defence Force Personnel attending training at DITC Laverton, Victoria.

DITC is an International English Language Training School located in Laverton, VIC. DITC physically host between 1200 and 2000 students annually from over 65 countries. These students arrive into Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport each weekend for 50 weeks a year at times spanning the entire weekend period.

The Commonwealth requires a mechanism for receipting students at the airport, transporting them to RAAF Base Williams (Laverton), dropping them off at DITC, showing them to the accommodation areas and ensuring they are safely in location. The same occurs on the return leg with the contract covering their return to the airport to travel home or to follow-on activities.

The successful contractor will provide an international student’s first impression of Australia and the ADF and as such professionalism and presentation is paramount.

The new contract will not exceed five years in total (initial three years with two 12 month extension options).
