ABS2012.239 ABS Paper Data Capture

This Request for Tender seeks the supply and support of a Paper Data Capture Solution for ABS surveys, and the 2016 Census of Population and Housing.'Paper Data Capture Solution' means all steps involved with the scanning and recognition of written responses on paper forms and converting those responses to accurate data (later referred to as Data Capture). The solution includes software, maintenance and support. The ABS will consider any solution tendered if it can be shown by the tenderer that the solution can deliver the business requirements contained in this RFT. Any software specifications indicated in this RFT are generally used to describe the nature and extent of the business requirements of the ABS and are not intended to limit the tenderer to those specifications.
