This Request specifies a requirement for gardening services at the Technology Park Campus and the water features at the Geraldton Campus.
The contract is for one (1) year. A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted by appointment only.
The required gardening services for the Technology Park Campus covers the gardens, lawns, walkways and car parks belonging to Central Regional TAFE except for those areas listed below as exclusions to the gardening services. Water Feature maintenance is specific to the water features located at the Geraldton Campus (Clause 1.8.11)
The Contract Authority reserves the right to award the contract for both gardening services and maintaining the water features, or award the contract for gardening services and the water features separately.
