Description
The Panel Contract is for the provision of general handyman maintenance services for unlicensed trade requirements to residential and commercially tenanted properties on an ‘as and when required basis’.
These services may include but are not limited to:
- Wall and ceiling repair;
- Repair and replacement of floor and roof tiles;
- Minor renovation/refurbishment;
- Grouting;
- Concreting;
- Bricklaying, paving and driveway patching;
- Carpentry and cabinetry;
- Odd internal jobs such as fixing door handles, etc.;
- Decking and pergola maintenance;
- Lock smithing/locks and screen door maintenance, replacement and installation;
- Door and window services;
- Pressure washing;
- Gutter cleaning/repair;
- Supply and install new items, fixtures or fittings including removal and disposal of obsolete items where applicable; and
- Yard clearing services.
