Construction of new stairs and ramp including new fencing and gates. Including the following: 1. Hygienist services, air monitoring, certification, clearance certificates and associated register updates including asbestos affected excavation and removal and disposal of contaminated material. 2. Protection of existing facilities within the work zones. 3. Excavation and removal of non-contaminated material. 4. Construction of 2 new reinforced concrete staircases and 1 ramp. 5. Remove and replace artificial turf and all associated sublayer materials. 6. New drainage to divert water around new structures. 7. New copper piping to divert all potable water around structures. 8. Tactile Ground Surface Indicators, stair nosings and balustrades/handrails to comply with AS1428.1.2021. 9. Temporary fencing and temporary toilet facilities. 10. Disposal of all waste in accordance with hygienists instructions. 11. Removal and disposal of 3 sides of fencing, replacement with new 1.7m high flat top black fencing to be set above kerb height, external lower clearance to be wrapped in framing and aluminum perforated mesh, supply and install new gates to match new fencing. 12. Includes detailed surveys for 3 areas, access consultant and as built architectural drawings. 13. External temporary fencing.
