Provision of Air Charter Services for the Magistrates Courts in the Kimberley East Region

The Department of Justice (the Department) is responsible for providing court services throughout Western Australia, including various regional locations. The Department requires the provision of "as required" fixed wing air charter services for the Magistrates ("the Magistrates") circuit courts undertaken within the Kimberley Region. The Department requires the provision of an eight-passenger seat (minimum) fixed wing air charter service for the Magistrates circuit courts within the EastKimberley Region.
