Description
This tender is for the construction of landscaping for the first stage of the central drainage corridor (Central Gully) at The Village Estate, Oonoonba.
The Central Gully will operate as a planted ephemeral waterway, providing the first major component of stormwater treatment for the development.
The area is to be constructed as parkland and must have a standard of finish that meets the other completed parks in the development.
The tender includes (but not limited to) the supply and install of two pedestrian footbridges, playground, irrigation, and a 12 month maintenance period, as detailed in the attached documents.
Retaining structures are required to be built by a QBCC licenced contractor
