Judy Holt Sportsfield Lighting - Birkdale

Redland City Council is seeking a Principal Contractor for the footing design, supply/installation of replacement sportsfield lighting at Judy Holt Park (landfill site) located in Birkdale, Redland City, Queensland.

Scope includes but is not limited to:

• Removal and disposal of existing timber and steel poles and pits and make good existing ground conditions in accordance with the requirements of Landfill Remediation documentation;
• Capping of existing conduits;
• Using Empyrem Andromeda Luminaires (base design);
• Main switchboard replacement (including structural slab, meter panel, private metering, surge diverter, control wiring, sub main cables to distribution switchboards, etc.);
• Switchboards and controls to each light pole installation;
• Poles (including footing design, certification, footings, pole assembly and erection/installation);
• LED Sports lighting including poles and underground cabling;
• DALI lighting Control System (50% and 100% Output);
• Lighting Metering System and interface between the lighting control and lighting metering system;
• Final sub circuit wiring for light installation including conduits, trays, lugs, isolators, permanent connections, switches, luminaires and other accessories;
• Trenching, conduits and pits in a landfill site;
• Earthing Installation;
• After hours commissioning of the lighting as per CIE 67 including the provision of cherry pickers etc.;
• Certification for sealing of all penetrations; and
• Construction of concrete pathway and any other associated civil works; and
• Provision of “As installed”, shop drawings, operational manuals and any other documentation.
