Fremantle PS Kindy Replacement of Plasterglass Ceiling

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake replacement of Plasterglass Ceilings as part of the Plasterglass Ceiling Program at the following premise: Fremantle PS – Kindy - 1 Brennan St, Fremantle, WA, 6160. Block J - J10 J4 J5 J6 J8 The Work includes but is not limited to: All necessary labour, mobile plant, and equipment to safely carry out the works;Full-time supervision;Allow for all necessary “Out of Hours” work that may be required;Submit all Relevant Notifications to Worksafe in writing; Submit documentation including SWMS, Project Safety Management Plan, Inductions, qualifications, licences, security clearances and Asbestos Removal Control Plan (ARCP) to be issued to PFM for approval not less than two weeks prior to works commencingFull clean and clearance of each section of works as sections are completed. All clearance certification and PC to be completed prior to PC.Ensure site is properly secured to ensure students cannot gain access to the work site, including all necessary signage lockable gates and fencing/hoarding to comply fully with WHS legislation Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
