Description
The purpose of this offer is to secure a reliable and cost effective supplier to undertake the cleaning services for an initial four (4) years at court houses located at Townsville; Ayr and Mt Isa. The contractor is to provide daily internal cleaning, periodic external cleaning and horticultural services at the Mt Isa site.
A site visit will be provided at Mt Isa on 2nd July 2012 and Townsville & Ayr on 3rd July 2012.
