Panel of Preferred Suppliers - Provision of Information and Communications Technology

Mackay Regional Council (Council) is seeking submissions from suppliers (Consultants) of specialised Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services in order to identify a panel of preferred suppliers who are able to provide additional resource to Council on an as required basis.

Following is an indication of the categories of services that may be required:

• Systems Administration, Configuration and support of Microsoft Servers and Systems such as Server 2008, SharePoint, Exchange, SQL Server, Lync.

• Analysis of Operational Processes to develop business and system requirements.

• Analysis of Systems and Infrastructure with a view to increase return on investment and develop infrastructure and system roadmaps.

• Support of corporate Local Government Applications with a view to increase return on investment and streamline business process.

• Desktop and second level ICT support.

• Project management of infrastructure and systems development projects.

• Local and Wide Area Network administration.
