Trunk Water Main (Section 3) Construction

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the construction of section 3 trunk water main at The Village Oonoonba (Townsville).

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Supply and construction of a DN450 DICL water main over a length of 660m including connection to an existing DN150 CI water main in Railway Avenue Service Road with thrust restraints

• Supply and construction of a DN560 PE water main over a length of 630m including connection to an existing DN375 AC water main in Boundary Street with thrust restraints

• Directional drilling under Boundary Street including supply and construction of a DN560 PE water main, DN700 RCP enveloper, connections and thrust restraints

• Perform engineering survey of the constructed water main, directional drilling and existing services along the alignment and produce ‘As Constructed’ drawings in accordance with this specification

• Any other requirements specified.
