Gladstone State High School - Block P and R Roof Replacements

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the replacement of the roofs to Block P and R at Gladstone State High School, located at 30 Dawson Road, Gladstone QLD 4680, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The works involve the removal of the existing roofs and replacement with new roofing, including new gutters and flashings. The position of the buildings are within the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 22 April 2022

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
