SCOPE

Queensland Rail is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to provide Payroll Services, as detailed within the Scope of Supply.

HOW TO APPLY

Tenderers who are interested in submitting a response and wish to download all documents, please follow the below instructions:

1. Tenderers will be required to register on the SAP Ariba Sourcing system (SAP Ariba) by sending an email to the nominated Contact Officer ([email hidden]). When requesting to register, please provide the following information in your email: business email address, contact name, phone number, business name and address. For any Ariba Sourcing system queries, please contact [email hidden].

2. If the Tenderer elects to submit a Tender response, they must do so by using Queensland Rail's online tendering tool (SAP Ariba).

3. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully read all documentation available for download in SAP Ariba.

4. Tenderers, once registration is complete within SAP Ariba, are encouraged to accept the pre-requisites Bidder Agreement under 'Review and Accept Pre-requisites' tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes but is not limited to: Addendum and Content Updates.

For this tender (QRP-19-157), the information uploaded on QTenders is not all the tender information as this is stored in SAP Ariba. The information on QTenders is intended to assist interested tenderers to determine whether the Specification is suitable for their company profile and capability. All enquiries in relation to this tender must be made in writing to the Contact Officer.
