Coorparoo State School Block A Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment and alterations of Block A to create a new Flexible Learning Area and associated spaces at Coorparoo State School, located at 327 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151.

The refurbishment of building Block A will include combining two existing rooms to make a flexible learning area, store room and staff area. The position of the building is at the front of the school with access to on-site parking. All works are to be completed by 18 January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a valid QBCC Builder’s Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
