Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to supply and install playground equipment and undertake landscape and irrigation works at the Thornlie PS Outdoor Learning Space located at 86 Thornlie Ave, Thornlie WA 6108. The Work includes but is not limited to Remove dispose of water tank any make good of pipe work connecting to tank including installation of soakwellsSupply install patio including submission to council and detailed plans Demolish certain areas and retain others as per the plans Supply install all equipment shown on plans Works as shown in the detailed scope found in the attached plans Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
