Description
| The objective of these works are to upgrade and replace services infrastructure at Shoal Bay Receiving Station, Palmerston, Northern Territory, Refer to the Tender Documents. The proposed works include: |
| (a) Replacement of underground HV power line and existing transformer within the Generator Building; |
| (a) Replacement of switchboards in N1 and C22 areas within the Operations Building; |
| (b) Improved fire protection capabilities in Area N and Plant Room 2; |
| (c) Replace air conditioning system in Plant Room 1 and ductwork in Area C; |
| (d) Replace elevated water tank with a new ground level tank; |
| (e) Remove the existing rotary Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS); |
| (f) Replacement and upgrade of water bore substation; and |
| (g) Upgrade of the facility BMS with the nominated supplier Schneider Electric (Australia). |
