Description
The ARC’s objective is to replace their existing telephony and unified messaging systems, currently comprised of an Alcatel Lucent PABX and handsets with Microsoft Lync Server and Skype for Business client.
The required outcomes of the project are the provision of a state-of-the-art UC and telephony solution, hosted largely or entirely in the cloud.
