Tactical Fighter System Program Office (TFSPO) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) RAAF Base Williamtown

The works include the following:

·Design and construction for the modifications to Building 502 RAAF Base Williamtown to provide an accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF+);

·Design and construction for a security fence around the perimeter of the building with swipe access for vehicles and pedestrians;

·Physical security control to the building including windows and sub floor,

·Physical Security Construction of the SCIF+;

·Undertaking for associated Services and Infrastructure;

·All modifications to existing services affected by the project so that their existing functions and performance can be continued during and after construction.

·All modifications to the existing building fabric affected by the project so that their existing functions and performance can be continued during and after construction.

·All components of the project are to meet all requirements of the JAFAN 6/9 manual; and

·Periodic physical and electronic security review and approval to comply with TS classification during design and construction.

To submit a conforming Tender:

· Tender must be submitted in accordance with clause 3.1(a) (including submission to the address specified in the Tender Documents by the Closing Time and Date described in the Tender Documents);

·the Tender must satisfy each minimum form and content requirement in clause 3.1(b); and

· the Tenderer must satisfy each condition for participation in clause 3.1(c)
