The Department of Communities (Disability and Community Care Services) requires the services of a suitably qualified person or organisation to undertake research evaluating the outcomes of a self-directed support pilot for children with a physical disability and young adults with an acquired disability. These children and young adults will be receiving services from a funded service provider based at either the Sunshine Coast or the Brisbane metropolitan area.
