Description
Arrangement to appoint The Australian Ballet (TAB) as a resident company of Sydney Opera House (SOH) to present performances and other events in the Joan Sutherland Theatre on particular days and times (Access Periods) during the term 1 January 2022- 31 December 2024. TAB is granted a conditional and non-exclusive licence to use, within the Access Period, the Joan Sutherland Theatre as well as rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, offices and storage areas designated by SOH from time to time. Such use must be for the “permitted purpose”, being presenting performances and related activity, and other activity permitted under the Contract.
