NSWTA requires a central PMO function to support the portfolio of programs and concurrently develop internal team and skillset in the next 24 months. The PMO service provider will be responsible for various aspects of enterprise program delivery but are not expected to perform any site level civil/operational works for any programs. It can include, Tool Management, Schedule, cost control and resource management, Governance and reporting, Risks, Issues and Dependencies Management, Work, Health and Safety (WHS) and Systems and Information Management.
