Description
The Incentivised Delivery Entity (IDE) will deliver the Sydney Terminal Area Reconfiguration Phase 2 (STAR 2) package of works for More Trains, More Services Stage 3A (MTMS3A). The scope of works comprises of track, signalling, overhead power and station platform modifications within the Sydney Terminal area to improve efficiency of train movements to and from platforms 9 to 14 and the deployment of the Mariyung Fleet. The Target Outturn Cost (TOC) has since been adjusted due to cost impacts relating to: Chullora Electrical Learning Centre.
