Description
Contractors are invited to tender for the Coomera Rail Station Park 'n' Ride Expansion and Bus Layover - Package 1.
Tenderers are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to R3, F10, A2 or higher.
Please note that the Building Code 2016, Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry apply to this project.
Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2021 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate apply to this project.
All offers must be received electronically to QBuild (eTender) by 10:00am 12 October 2021.
