West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking proposals for One-off purchase for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Sterilisers required for use in the Central Sterilising Department at Ipswich Hospital

The Scope includes design, design layout, decommissioning and removal of existing sterilisers and associated components, supply of new sterilisers, delivery, installation and commissioning of sterilisers required for use in the Central Sterilising Department (CSD) at the Ipswich Hospital. The scope also includes the supply and installation of load trolleys to suit the revised layout and steam sterilisers as well as all associated equipment required with the load trolley and all necessary training.

Exclusions for this procurement are:
Building consents or plumbing / drainage assessments or approvals / licensing under relevant legislation, regulations of codes of practice.
Changes required by any regulatory authorities during approval processes may be subject to variation charges.
Building, civil, earth or concrete works including grouting.
Electrical supply or electrical control works to the sterilisers.
Supply or installation of underground conduits.
Supply or installation of site compressed and /or medical air systems.
Any craneage required on site is by others.
Supply of any chemicals or intermediate bulk containers.
Site security during construction, testing and commissioning is the responsibility of the Principal.
All penetrations by others.
Making good fire rating requirements post any penetrations by others.
Provide as required any covers for the drainage pipework by others.
Provide as required power/data and feed water isolation points adjacent to each Steriliser as per product specifications by others.
Coordinate final connections from RO loop drop isolations valves to Sterilisers & locations by others.
Supply or installation of WTP RO systems by others.
Final cleaning and / or disinfection of any equipment, areas or surfaces by others.
