Replacement of Sprinkler Heads - Parliamentary Annexe

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking Submissions for the replacement of sprinkler heads located throughout the Parliamentary Annexe building in Alice Street, Brisbane.

The scope of the work includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and certification of new sprinkler heads.

Specidi requirements include:

• field verify quantities, installation orientation, temperature rating, thermal sensitivity and any other special considerations, and replace each sprinkler head with the appropriate type based on AS2118.1;
• valve off and drain the fire sprinkler system serving the subject sprinkler heads;
• remove existing fire sprinklers and escutcheons; and
• furnish and install new fire sprinkler heads and escutcheons as necessary.
