Description
The Department of Communities (Communities) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultant (Contractor) to: Develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for the Child Sexual Abuse Therapeutic Services (CSATS) and two Indigenous Healing Services (IHS) two-year Client Advocacy Trial (Trial); and Conduct a Process Evaluation of the Trial to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness, sustainability, value for money and lessons learnt to improve this service function.
