Please note this addendum is to advise of an additional mandatory site visit on Thursday, 14 September 2023 at 10.30 am.

AMENDMENT 01 - 30th August 2023

CQUniversity has now updated the documents in "Appendix H - Room Data Sheets" located HERE due to an error in the original documentation. CQUniversity recommends that tenderers re-download this portion of the tender documents if they had downloaded the tender suite prior to 3pm (AEST), Wednesday 30/08/2023.

CQUniversity is inviting submissions from suitably qualified, registered and experienced Contractors and their appointed sub-contractors/consultants for the design and construction (D&C) of upgrade and improvement works at the University’s Coastal Marine Ecosystem Research Centre (CMERC) located at Gladstone Marina. CMERC’s growth is exceeding capacity and incomplete infrastructure is limiting its ability to meet demand for research with industry, government, and the community. In 2022, CQU received a funding commitment from the Australian Government to improve the research capacity of CMERC. A component of that funding was granted to enable CQU to refurbish and fit out the existing buildings, upgrade existing infrastructure and construct new purpose-built research spaces to alleviate the capacity issues currently being faced.
