Replacement of Multi Function Devices

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for a single MFD printing solution supplier that includes the immediate replacement of 97 MFD's across electorate office sites.

The required goods / services specifically include:

• the provision of suitable devices that meet the specification requirements,
• a five (5) year warranty, hardware warranty, maintenance and service agreement for each device, including the co-ordination and relocation of that device where required,
• the provision for trade-in and/or removal of the current MFD’s in the offices,
• the provision of training services to staff in each office,
• the provision of flexibility for equipment changes; up-scaling and down-scaling as our business needs dictate,
• detailed account usage and simplified / consolidated billing,
• enhance Print and Imaging solutions with innovation and continued improvement to improve end user satisfaction and productivity,
• accountability and responsibility for the device fleet (including overall configuration, location, age of devices, maintenance, consumables, timing of device replacement, etc., and
• reduce environmental impacts and energy consumption.
