QED 284 2023 Tullawong State School - Demountables

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the demountable removal at Tullawong SS , located at 60-94 Smiths Road, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Targeted program.

The project includes removal of four (4no.) demountable buildings, minor internal refurbishment of a demountable, including, painting, data, electrical, carpets and external painting. The position of the building is at the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
