The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting the uplift of secure-by-design capabilities across multiple streams, including: 1) Reviewing and updating information security policies, procedures, and design patterns to align with PSPF, ISM, and CSPNSW. 2) Developing reusable architecture artefacts and security design patterns that reflect Zero Trust and Essential Eight principles. 3) Establishing secure-by-design frameworks across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through governance documentation, DevSecOps integration, and standardised documentation templates. 4) Delivering a Secure AI Governance framework, including a working Proof of Concept Secure AI Governance tool (Minimum Viable Product) for GenAI/Agentic AI integration that demonstrates operational security controls and oversight capabilities.
