Description
The ODPP requires the implementation and ongoing support for a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Management System to manage the development and learning needs of all staff, at all stages of their ODPP career from on-boarding. It must enable the management and reporting of development obligations for legal and operations officers and personal/learning development plans. The system must contain monitoring and analytics tools, enable the management and delivery of content, integrate well with other ODPP systems, and provide a user-friendly interface.
