Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) Image Guided (Hybrid) Theatre Enabling Works

North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is seeking lump sum pricing for the refurbishment of the following spaces: A Block Level 3 (40m2) - Formerly designated as a laboratory, to be refurbished into an office space for five (5) clinicians.G Block Level 2 (total 90m2) – Previously utilised as clinical rooms and offices, the space will need minor remediation works to prepare it for use as temporary storage area for theatre equipment. A Block (predominately office space and some clinical space) and G Block buildings will remain operational throughout the construction works. A Construction Management Plan outlining site work zones, temporary signage, material deliveries, interfaces between subcontractors / staffs / public - must be developed by the Contractor and approved by NMHS prior to commencement of works and adhered to once approved for the duration of the Works.
