The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is leading the development of Bradfield City Centre (BCC), located in the heart of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. The BDA's role is to build a stronger future for Western Sydney by delivering the city centre and attracting investment to the region. The BDA works with government, industry, and the community to leverage the opportunities presented by the new Western Sydney International Airport and the surrounding Aerotropolis precinct. This procurement is to engage industry leaders to act as Industry Vertical Domain Specialists. The BDA is seeking proposals from specialists in four key domains: defence, aerospace, construction (with a focus on modern methods of construction), and freight & logistics. The objective is for these specialists to articulate, test, and implement industry engagement strategies (within the overarching direction established by the Bradfield Go-To-Market Campaign) to secure commitments from organisations to establish a physical presence at Bradfield City Centre by 2030, under direction of the Executive Director BDA and aligned to the outcomes of BDA Corporate Strategy and Business Plans.
