WCQ0210 Provision Of Web Content Management System and Internet Design

WCQ invites offers for the design and implementation of a supported web content management solution (WCM) to simplify the authoring and publication of web content to WCQ’s internet site.

The objective of this invitation to offer is to select and appoint one or more GITC qualified organisations with relevant experience to work with WCQ to undertake the implementation of a suitably scaled web publishing and content management system, as well as the associated design work to develop a more modern web presence (look and feel).

WCQ’s preference is for an end-to-end offer from a single vendor covering both the design and implementation components, however, consideration may be given to offers for just the design or implementation components.

WCQ defines WCM as enterprise software designed to:
• manage and control a dynamic collection of web material
• simplify the creation and publication of web content to web sites through a standard process, without requiring technical knowledge of HTML or file upload processes.

WCQ is looking for GITC qualified organisations to work with WCQ to:
• build/implement a new, suitably scaled, WCM tool
• design a functional and modern internet presence with a focus on accessibility and usability, and a look and feel that reflects WCQ’s place in the market.
