Townsville Correctional Centre has a requirement to purchase a new unattended steam boiler to supply steam for laundry processes. This equipment shall be required to be supplied, installed, and commissioned - including training of staff - at Townsville Correctional Centre Dwyer Street Stuart Qld 4811.
The installation of this new boiler and subsequent removal of existing plant will be a substantial logistical undertaking which will be addressed during the onsite visit. The installation and removal will need to be carried out with minimal disruption to laundry operations i.e. blanking of steam supply lines and connections to services outside of laundry operations.
