To undertake planning and design services for the transition project and as part of a staged implementation approach, undertake an initial pilot to implement the new state Microsoft desktop to up to 500 users throughout the state (Stage 1) to prove their capability in conducting a large scale technology transformation. Subject to the successful completion of Stage 1 to the Customer’s satisfaction, the successful Offeror will be required to continue roll-out of the Customer’s new technologies across the state which will include transformation of the server infrastructure environment, delivery and installation of desktops to staff throughout the state.
