Description

The objective is to establish a non-mandatory Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply of Hardware and Hand and Power Tools. The SOA will cover hardware accessories comprising building and construction consumables, hand tools (non-powered) and portable hand held power tools. DETE may choose more than one supplier and Offerors will have the opportunity to apply for the whole of the State or individual regions.
