Description

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Upgrade Balcony Balustrading of Queensland Parliament House, located at cnr George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include (but not limited to):

  1. Install the balustrading in accordance with the architectural specification, drawings and exterior finishes schedule.
  2. Manage sub-contractors
  3. Conform to the Structural Specification prepared by Inhabit, dated 18 July 2022
  4. Conform to the Building Compliance Assessment Report prepared by Philip Chun Building Compliance dated 6 May 2022
  5. Comply with the conditions of the Exemption Certificate approval
