Alexandra Hills SS - Toilet Block Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

Alexandra State School requires infrastructure upgrade to the existing.

The Works generally comprise of the following:
• Demolition of the existing block work, the safe disconnection of services without interrupting the day to day working of the school, removal of all the old Epoxy flooring, remove all the old sky lights and ceiling to make way of the new construction works.
• Preparations of the site and construction for toilet block upgrade.
• Installation of all new screening across both spaces.
• Male and female staff toilet to have its own access via an external access NOT through the kids toilet
• All new E-poxy flooring in main areas and staff cleaning storage room to be vinyl
• Supply and installation all new plumbing fixtures. (as per schedule)
• Relocation of services as per supplied documentations.
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction.
• Design and Construct contract applies to this tender.

Site Visit Details: Recommended Site Visit on Monday 29th of November 2021 at 11:30pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Friday 26 Novemberr 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
